nitially as Manager, Compliance Training Operations, Mike stepped head-first into learning and overseeing TRACE’s translation software program including a team of freelance translators across more than a dozen languages. Mike was also responsible for the management of a seasoned team of eLearning content developers. At around six months into his tenure at TRACE (and given his success in implementing operational improvements across the Compliance Training Department) I shifted Mike’s focus entirely to eLearning Development pivoting him to the role of Manager, Compliance eLearning Development.

As Mike became more entrenched in overseeing content development and bespoke eLearning creation for the hundreds of global multi-national organizations TRACE supports as members, Mike wasted no time bringing order and improvement to the development team. Ever the pragmatist, Mike quickly championed the implementation of a project management software to track the dozens of projects overseen by his team on a monthly basis while also providing critical guidance on cutting edge eLearning development tools including AI-based software to ensure our content remained innovative and leading edge. Mike was also the primary relationship manager for our eLearning content development partner with whom TRACE collaborated to develop dozens of courses per year.

Possessing a keen but practical business sense, Mike is a rare “swiss army knife” in the eLearning development realm given his strong technology and IT background which serves him well given the projected future of the eLearning space. During his time at TRACE Mike never missed a deadline and could always be counted on for sound judgment and advice. Mike will be an asset to any organization lucky enough to have him.

Michael Koronkiewicz created several on-boarding training modules for our staff that saved us time getting our team up to speed on our sales techniques and procedures. All deadlines were met and the final products were outstanding. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Michael created a powerful and elegant e-commerce website for my clothing line that has effectively driven sales and expanded our customer outreach. He has been a pleasure to work with and he managed to meet all milestones and deadlines while delivering fantastic work. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Michael laid out the plan for ISY to become a leader in technology integration for learning, and then guided the process.  He has worked in partnership with all levels of the school community to make this happen.  Along the way, he led the implementation of Powerschool, aided the implementation of a new business platform, oversaw the development of an online learning platform based on Moodle to address learning needs during COVID, and provided ongoing support in the use of various platforms to support student learning. He proved himself to be an excellent instructional designer in developing e-learning modules based on contemporary learning theory. Finally, he led the way in developing professional development training for staff in face-to-face, remote and asynchronous learning environments.
